Mediterranean Café Restaurant

The Mediterranean Café will be Hyatt Regency Taba Height?s all day dining restaurant and will serve select specialities from the various Mediterranean regions based on the freshest products available. The Mediterranean Café will serve breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks and the kitchen production will facilitate Room Service orders. The Cooking Stations will incorporate all required cooking and preparation disciplines and the kitchen counter will also act as a buffet counter. Key elements of the kitchen design are a wood fired oven, a charcoal grill and a Middle Eastern appetizer section as part of the Buffet counter and a dessert section.

Hotel Bar

The Lobby Lounge, located close to the Reception, Communication Center and Boutiques, will be the meeting and gathering place for the resort guests. Upon entering, the guests will have an unobstructed view of the resort. The entire design concept is capitalizing on the view and is complimented with the comfortable and spacious feeling of an oversized living room veranda. The Lounge will serve tropical drinks and a wide selection of coffee and tea, complimented with selected snack items.
